The Service Department was honored by Ford Motor Company in 2004, 2005 and 2006 by awarding us the highly respected Profession Managers Club award. Our Service Manager is highly respected and Service Receptionists are Ford trained distinguished achievers. Our commitment is delivering quality service and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Interactive service bays will be installed in the latter part of the year which will further enhance our customer’s relationship with their car. Our workshop is equipped with the very latest in tooling and equipment and Fordstar training ensures our technicians have the very latest product fixes at their disposal. We are licensed roadworthy testers and have the necessary equipment and knowledge to work on all brands and models.
If our customers wish to wait for their car we have a comfortable customer lounge available with refreshments. Loan cars are available on request and we also provide a courtesy bus into the city during weekdays. You can make an appointment by phone or by email. Our Customer Relations officer will kindly remind you in case you have forgotten your service and to ensure you are happy with our work.
